There will be a Cocoa class in Germany in May with Aaron Hillegass as the trainer. Should be okay if you are a little bit familiar with Objective-C (this can easily be done with Apple tutorials).

It's an all-inclusive class in the "Big-Nerd-Ranch"-style.

Ditto that recommendation. Aaron is an excellent instructor. You couldn't pick a better class if you tried.
