It's on the "nib" tab of your nib file.

I have always wondered if this is such a good idea though. Wouldn't it slow down loading your nibs?

For a small NIB file it shouldn't matter. But being able to track changes is important. But It might we worth unchecking that box and resaving the NIB or looking at nibtool before release.
