Hi Chris,
personally I like the Hillegass (Cocoa Programming for Mac OSX) best.
It's tutorial style, but it's worth working through it. Ok after 3/4 of
the book, I started working on my own project and am doing now the rest
of the chapters on demand :)
Oh and there are Cocoa can be programmed with Pyhton also if you're
interested, but I haven't tested it.
