Not at all. Some of our older titles (the ones that work on both OS
9 and OS
X) use it. It works great.

Conversely, if it's old and crufty you shouldn't do new development

Hey, if the man really wants threads he can schedule by himself, the
Thread Manager will work just fine. It's silly to knock a technology
just because it's not brand new.
Anyway, NeXTstep has been around what, 15, 17 years? Those NSViews
aren't spring chickens. :P
