Don't get me wrong. I'm not advocating the usage of getXXX over XXX.
I'm just saying that I don't really care if people like to use getXXX
because I don't find anything weird about it. Obviously, I'm in the
minority. I also don't really care if people like to tell their dogs to
"lay down", even though it's grammatically incorrect. The fact that I
don't care about the mistakes of others doesn't prevent me from telling
my dogs to "lie down" instead.
