hi everyone

i was wondering if i had the right to use in a (commercial or shareware) software any apple-made material?

like if i want to : 1- use the palettes (clock control, date...) as shown in developper documentation? 2 - copy the itunes/iPhoto interface ?

i noticed for example that Delicious library used the same images (itms link button used as amazon.com link, iPhoto interface, adress book interface for editing the data...)
