Because the documentation states that it does not traverse final
symbolic links.
Final symlinks are traversed on 10.3, which is not what the doc says.
For my own purpose I used an -isDeletableFileAtPath:
With the help of google, I understood that once the doc has been in
accordance with the implementation.
Someone has already reported the bug but it seems that it has not been
fixed.
Maybe things have changed since then but...
