It also says you could temporarily close the other sheet and bring up the alert sheet. When the user closes the alert sheet, the open sheet can reappear. Or, if the user says to replace then you can just close the alert sheet and don't have to worry about bringing the open sheet back up again. I don't see any problem with that behavior.
