new Outlets: null

Hi List

I have added some new Things (NSTextFields etc.) to my nib, created Outlets in myController, connected these Outlets etc.
Then I have manually (and by "generate files for..." and merge) upgraded the Sourcecode of MyController.java to have these new Outlets.
I have done this several times, works fine. Basic.

=> but this time, all new outlets have null-reference in the Java- Debugger.

Does somebody know this problem?

    thanks in advance,

    Rémy
