Are there any examples for using this class? I know it only has 3 methods, but the documentation there is a bit lacking, such as for the required keys in the header dictionary.

How do I ensure the class is "properly configured"? Mail.app on the machine has valid SMTP accounts set up, is there anything else required? (And, mysteriously, deliverMessage:subject:to: works fine while deliverMessage:headers:format:protocol: fails, all while hasDeliveryClassBeenConfigured returns NO.) What's going on here?
