How to get the time and date format from user prefs

  • Subject: How to get the time and date format from user prefs

I want to be able to display time and date in the formats show in the users preferences on 10.3. I have tried searching for localization or internationalization with time and date, but have not found what I want. I am sure there is a class I am missing.
