Cannot open file

Hi,
since I compiled my app under Tiger, now when I save a file, it doesn't get
the icon anymore. I tried to log-our and relog-in but the problem remains
the same. Also, when I double click on this file created with my
application, my application launches, then it shows an alert message (which
I didn't write)

    The document "theFile.ext" could not be opened. MyApplication cannot
open files in the "MyDocument" format.

Then my application opens the file properly, even if I don't click on the OK
button on that alert window. Strange. Any idea?
