Programatic access to .Mac sync settings

I see com.apple.DotMacSync > DataclassModes > com.apple.Calendars gets changed when the user configures .Mac syncing of their iCal. Is there a public way to read/write this value (for my schema, not iCal :)

I don't see anything obvious in the .Mac SDK, google, SyncServices, AppleScript on System Preferences, Standard Events, iSync, or StandardAdditions. Any hints appreciated.

I can always have the user go to the .Mac system preferences pane, but iCal has a checkbox in its preference panel to enable this directly, so...
