10.3.9 SDK generates error

hi all,

i'm working on a project i originally started on 10.3.9. i migrated to tiger, and continued development using the 10.3.9 SDK as target. the project won't run any more. i'm not using anything tiger specific in the way of controllers, or core data or anything. wondering if any one else is experiencing problems with this? here is the stack trace.
