Using Core-Image in GUI

  • Subject: Using Core-Image in GUI

Hi list,

i'm writting a little haxie which modifies NSWindow behaviour. Do you know if
there is a way to use the core-image framework to accelerate moving/fading an
NSWindow (or any other GUI element) ? Normally, Quartz 2D Extreme would do this
job, but since it is desactivated in Tiger...
Maybe i could capture an image of the NSWindow+content and then apply the
different filters to this image...

Please help :-)

Pierre
