Macintouch doesn't have anything like a complete list. Apple (almost certainly) does, but they're not likely to share it because there a fairly good odds doing so would compromise trade secrets. And Cocoa-Dev is not the most appropriate list for making this an ongoing discussion. Omni's MacOSX-Dev list would be better.
Well, that's not entirely accurate.
First, moderator cap on, this list is certainly appropriate for discussion about any anything Cocoa related that might have changed between Panther and Tiger. Although typically this will be assumptions that were made that weren't documented.
Macintouch is compiling a list of applications that they think don't work, not changes to the libraries or frameworks.
