New Document With A Default Name and Default Path

Quick Question.

From a controller in MainMenu, I want to create a new document saved
automatically at a default path with a pre-assigned name, essentialy, removing the end-user from the file management and saving process. Any code snippets or references to offer.

Searched high and low..... no answers out there. Read the documentation and nothing jumps out.

Thanks alot!
