Check the docs on NSDictionary. You cannot set nil values for any
keys.

This is somewhat annoying for me, since in a couple of places I
have to rely on the completeness of the data in the dictionary,
which means I have to manually check that all values are supplied.
Is there any way to specify that the bindings controllers should
_not_ remove the value, but store an empty string?
