Javabeans in Cocoa/ObjC?

  • Subject: Javabeans in Cocoa/ObjC?

Hi,

Disclaimer: I have never really used Java and have only the slightest idea what a JavaBean is (AFAICT it is an object which you can just plug into your Java Application and it just works; or at least is supposed to do that).

There are quite a few JavaBean-Components available on the Internet. Would I be able to use one in my ObjectiveC-based Cocoa App? How would I do that? Is there any documentation/sample code/tutorial available? I know (at least I read so) I can use Java but in this case it is a pretty complex control/view/however-you-want-to-call-it and I can't find any answer to my question...

Thanks,
Dix
