Where has the SyncConduit.framework been gone ? It's just a
Mac OS system problem, isn't it ?

They work fine here, sounds like you did something wrong. Perhaps you don't have Xcode 2.0 installed? SyncServices is what they should be linking to, it's not private, and there is no SyncConduit in Tiger.
