I have not received Marc's comment through cocoa-dev. Maybe, it might be
posted to other ML. Anyway, thank you Marc and Timothy :-)

I tried to delete "/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/SyncServices.framework"
and execute Sync Services client apps. They run very well without that
problem. I hope for quick release of next OS update. ---> Apple
