having multiple batteries is always a good option.
and often you can find space somewhere (it's a gigantic building)
that you can plug into for short periods of time to suck back some
juice.
I'm not familiar with how the hands on sessions will be setup in this
regard though.

My powerbook 17" lasts about 2 hours if i'm coding

along. After the first session I'd need to drop my

outlet to continue. I may have to purchase a
second battery but
there is no way it can last through 8 hours of
copious note
taking and coding.
I'm suggesting (and hoping) that there are going
to be powerstrips
for every other row of seating or something
similar.
