FrameMaker "clone"

Hi.

I am looking for experienced Cocoa developers (partners) for developing and commercial distribution of the new application for modern technical communication.
The application has been developed in Objective-C with Cocoa frameworks on Mac OS X.
In my estimates, the code is only about 1/4 of complete.
One of the application design goals is to be familiar to FrameMaker users, including the ability to import any FrameMaker document created on Mac, Solaris, SGI, and Windows over the last ten plus years (through the MIF export), fully preserving document's layout and fidelity.
As you may know, Adobe discontinued FrameMaker for Mac over a year ago.
I hope the app can overgrow its initial goal, as there is clearly some overlap with XML/XHTML/CSS for Web export and XSL-FO import .
The app's targeted audience would be college students, technical writers, scientists.

If you like to do it and have a good time to put into it, please send me email to kapinos at shaw dot ca
Thank you.

Sincerely,
Pavel Kapinos.
