NSLog() going astray

  • Subject: NSLog() going astray

I am currently working on a Distributed Objects (DO) application.

I am attempting to use NSLog() for troubleshooting. In my Server application it works as expected, however in my Client application the results of any NSLog() call are only visable in the Console application and not on the Debugger Console (as expected).

I have tried setting every combination of terminal output for standard input/output under both the General tab and the Debugging tab, (pipe does not work in the client, apparently DO cannot use pipe for standard I/O), currently all are set to Pseudo Terminal.

I am using XCode 2.2 seed
Component versions
Xcode IDE: 622.0
Xcode Core: 622.0
ToolSupport: 610.0

Any sugestions?
