programmatic nib

How does one create one NSWindow that contains smaller areas each of various types of content?

For example, I might have a 1024x768 full-screen window that contains a 1024x200 WebKit area, a 1024x400 representation of a data table, and a 1024x168 area that contains an NSImage.

Ideally I would be able to set the dimensions and content types of various subwindows dynamically, through a second program.

Any pointers to code or examples of how can I programmatically create this NSWindow without using Interface Builder?

Thanks,
