Core Data bug? (storing a "special" char sequence)

  • Subject: Core Data bug? (storing a "special" char sequence)

I found out about this by accident and I managed to reproduce the
problem with a simple Core Data app that tries to store an object
containing (for example) the string "#&".
Below I provide a sample app that shows the problem:

PS: I found out about this while I was doing some tests and bitching
because I thought my html/xml parser was wrong. I was having the issue
with strings containing the html decimal or hex version of some chars
(you know, written in the form of &#...)
