NSURLDownload and Modal Dialog

Could it be possible that NSURLDownload is not compatible with Modal Dialogs launched via [NSApp runModalForWindow:]?

The delegate methods for NSURLDownload are never called in this case.

They are called when you use a Sheet Window.

Could it be considered a bug?
