What do you mean exactly?
If you mean a mere license, well, just encrypt your license and give the
user a small encrypted file to put together with the app, or give him an
unique serial number which your app should recognize as valid.
    Eg: 1st digit + 2nd digit * 2 + 3rd digit - 1st digit = 28 always.
Of course make it much much mooooore complex.
