Take a look in /Developer/Applications/Utilities. There's a program called Package Maker that'll let you create the packages needed for the Installer program.

Hi, I was wondering, is there an easy way to create a package installer for
Cocoa application using Xcode 2.x similar to what Apple does? If so, could
someone point me to the documentation for creating a packager/ installer?
Well, I must go and thanks in advance.
