Hallo,
I need to send command from filemaker to my cocoa apps.
Now, I'm reading the apple documentation.
But I don't understand if I have to use Apple events or something else.
FileMaker support applescript and apple event, I can send from action of filemaker apple events.
But in the documentation seems that apple events are used with carbon apps.

I don't want that my apps is scriptable by applescript.
I only want create apple events (or something else), that I can invoke from filemaker...

Can you help me?
I have to study scriptable application cocoa, sdef scriptable, apple events or????

thanks
francesca
