App window remaining invisible after maximize from Dock

Hello !

Some of my users report that when they maximize my app's window from the dock, it sometimes never shows up. They don't seem to even see the genie effect etc... I've seen a sample taken at that time, and the app is running fine, no lockup or infinite loop etc... I've never experienced it myself directly, but I have seen this happen with some other applications (sharewares, ...)

Has anyone been confronted to that problem ?

The problem was reported on 10.4.3, but I don't know if it's restricted to that version.
