Distributed Objects - which frameworks?

I am working on a project using distributed objects.

Outside of the IDE it works fine under the debug build, outside of the IDE the release build fails to launch, saying it cannot be opened because it is damaged or incomplete.

Is there a frameworks I failed to include?
