Mouse events and offscreen windows

  • Subject: Mouse events and offscreen windows

I am displaying the contents of a hidden window inside of an OpenGL view, possibly in some 3D space.
I would like to pass mouse events down into the offscreen window that has items in it I want the user to interact with.
I am aware I can make an event and pass it in, but if the UI items start tracking the mouse, then how do I deal with that?

Any ideas?
