Would I be fighting an uphill battle to coerce NSBrowser into doing what I want?

I experimented with NSBrowser for a similar interface in my application. There were a number of problems, which I won't get into. In the end, I used 3 NSTableViews with 3 NSArrayControllers. This was much easier to implement, and the results were better.
