  • Thread-topic: Getting NSDictionary's dictionaryWithContentsOfURL to honor the user's HTTP Proxy setting

Hi Folks,

I'm finding that dictionaryWithContentsOfURL is not honoring my user's HTTP
Proxy setting. I Googled for anything on this and came up empty. Is there
some little trick to make this work?

In the Carbon world, there are flags you can pass to many of the URL loading
functions to make it "just work". I've not found counterparts to this in
Cocoa.

Cheers
-Mark
