ScrollView redraw needed

I have some code that dynamically changes the positions of some controls in a NSScrollView. The problem is that it doesn't redraw when I do this (you can still see the control in the old and new positions). If I scroll down past the controls and scroll back up it forces the app to redraw the contents correctly.

I'd like to know how to call a redraw/research after the fields are re-positioned.
