I've tried through the docs for a concise description of what happens
when a document is closed but haven't had much luck. I just want to know
what happens with respect to the document, window controllers, and
windows when the user quits the application for instance. I'm trying to
track down why two window controllers associated with my document aren't
being removed from the window controller list and the document doesn't
get deallocated.
