Omni frameworks updated for Xcode 2.2

[Apologies for those who've already seen this on macosx- email@hidden, but it was pointed out to me that several people have asked about our frameworks on cocoa-dev as well.]

We've posted a major update to the Omni frameworks; see <http:// www.omnigroup.com/developer/sourcecode/> for links to the code.

This version is straight off the trunk of our development repository. It requires Xcode 2.2. There's now a build script for building all of our open frameworks in the proper order for Debug, Release (optimized Universal), or Coverage builds. (We do Coverage builds to see how complete our unit tests are.)

The latest inspector code used by OmniGraffle and OmniOutliner has moved from the OmniAppKit framework into a new OmniInspector framework. The software update code used by all our applications can now be found in the OmniSoftwareUpdate framework.

We're no longer maintaining compatibility with Mac OS X 10.2; if you need 10.2 compatibility, you'll want to refer to the July 22 release of our frameworks (which are archived at <http://www.omnigroup.com/ ftp/pub/software/Archive/Source/MacOSX/Frameworks/>).

Enjoy!

                Ken
