Alternatively, you could create the 'sensitive' parts of your
interface in code. I'm presently doing this mostly as an exercise in
learning more about AppKit. My app's nib has a window in it. All the
rest is done in code. It's a bit challenging at first, but you get
the hang of it quickly. The only drawback is it's very verbose. :-)

the nibs do not open up. Can you please tell me how to implement
this behavior in my app. as i do not want my nibs to be seen by

IB can't open nibs that are missing their classes.nib and info.nib
files. You can remove them from the built product using a shell
script build phase.
