Application suite architecture

Hi,

I'm designing an application that consists of a main application, a
Cocoa agent application (presumably stored inside the main .app), and
a widget with a Cocoa plugin. Some code will be the same among all
three applications. To me this indicates that I should use a
.framework, but I really don't want to require the user to open an
install package. Should I just compile the same code into the three
executables?

Larry
