	I'm  using Interface Builder to make connections between the
	menu items in the application's menu and the Target/Actions in
	the FirstResponder.  Both hide: and hideOtherApplications: are
	there, but there's no showAllApplications: as I would expect.

	So how do you implement the "Show All" menu item on the
	application menu?



The target/action of the "Show All" menu item in the Apple menu
should be NSApplication's 'unhideAllApplications' method.
