Probably many people scratched their heads for a few seconds and then gave
up on your question.  But I think I see your confusion.  You're looking at
the menu *palette*.  You need a new menu.  After looking for 1 minute, I
don't see any way to create a new menu in IB.  Probably there is, but it is
not normal to do this.  Create a new project in Xcode, then use IB to add or
delete items.
