Reading up should take all of about 10 seconds, too, because the only
documentation appears to be a brief comment in CarbonEvents.h.
There's no mention of this event in any ADC documentation, unless you
count the Mac OS X 10.3.4 release note I found through Google.  You
certainly won't find any mention of it searching at
developer.apple.com...
