NSPopUpButton selectItemAtIndex and action

  • Subject: NSPopUpButton selectItemAtIndex and action

I was wondering if there was any way to have using [myPopUpCell selectItemAtIndex: someIndex] trigger an action message to [myPopUpButtonCell target]. This is what I would imagine to be the logical behavior, but it doesn't seem to be happening. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance,
