It changes every release, they are just slow to release new constants
for some reason.  Just run on 10.3.9 and check the value, then use that.


Is it not "good enough" to check the kern.osrelease sysctl? I doubt there are that many 10.3.9 systems out there which aren't running on version 7.9.x of the OS....
