How can I do what u ve asked me to?
i.e. " you can place the code
that uses the Quartz framework into a bundle, and load that bundle
using the NSBundle class if the user is using Tiger".

As Joar suggested, you cannot use code that is linked against the
Quartz framework in Panther, because Panther does not have that
framework. There is a workaround, however - you can place the code
that uses the Quartz framework into a bundle, and load that bundle
using the NSBundle class if the user is using Tiger.
