TableView and Icons

I've been searching around and can't seem to catch a link via google or apple developer site on this one. I have a view that needs to display the actual icons of a file, not the contents of the file themselves. Kinda like how Pixadex or Iconbox have a tableview of rows and rows of icons. Any ideas?
