Looks like you could probably load /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/Flash Player.plugin/Contents/version.plist to check. The version info under CFBundleShortVersionString looks reasonable for the current flash player version.

Is it possible to check what version of the Flash player a user has installed? I've searching the web for hours and haven't been able to find this info anywhere. I know how to check it using javaScript in the browser, but that's not what I'm trying to do here. Is there a way to do it using Cocoa?

Thanks -

Josh
