One of two solutions suggested in this thread (the other requires Tiger) is
the SPI ("system programming interface"?):

_LSCopyAllApplicationURLs(CFArray *outURLs)

I understand that this is "not a good idea", but I'd like to try it.  What
header do I #import to compile such a thing?
