Embedding a framework...

  • Subject: Embedding a framework...

I'm embedding a framework into an application. The instructions on Apple's developer website say that the last step in embedding a framework is to add the framework as a dependency to the application target. However, when I try to do that, the "+" icon for adding dependencies is grayed out. Dragging the framework from the Groups & Files pane to the dependencies view doesn't work either.

It seems to work without this step, but I'm a little confused as to why it won't let me. Can anyone enlighten me?

Thanks,
Jeff
